According to a meta-analysis released online by the International Journal of Food Science and Nutrition, increasing citrus fruit intake is associated with a lower risk of bladder cancer. This meta-analysis was conducted by Sudong Liang, MD, of Soochow University, Jiangsu Province, and colleagues, covering 7,372 cases and 9,335 participants, including 8 case-control studies and 6 cohort studies.
