研究了阻燃剂十溴二苯乙烷和三氧化二锑对HIPS的阻燃性和力学性能的影响,比较了阻燃复合体系对HIPS共混材料阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。运用氧指数仪,垂直燃烧测定仪及万能试验机等表征手段对共混物燃烧性能及力学性能进行研究。结果表明:DBDPE与Sb_3O_2复配对HIPS有明显的阻燃作用,增韧剂SBS对阻燃后的HIPS有明显的增韧作用。
The effects of flame retardant decabromodiphenyl ethane and antimony trioxide on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of HIPS were studied. The effects of flame retardant composite on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of HIPS blends were compared. The combustion and mechanical properties of blends were studied by Oxygen Index, Vertical Burning Tester and universal testing machine. The results showed that the combination of DBDPE and Sb_3O_2 has obvious flame retardant effect on HIPS, toughening agent SBS has obvious toughening effect on HIPS after flame retardant.
