目的:通过对县级医院院情、院貌的现状调查与分析,找出解决问题的对策。方法:釆访从院领导到普通员工各级阶层的观点和看法,并收集相关数据。结果:找出了医院在管理实施、员工工作能动性和人力资源分配上的缺陷。结论:找出相应对策,有利于提升服务理念,改善服务态度,促进增收创收,力求解决现存问题,提高县级医院经营管理水平以及市场竞争力。
OBJECTIVE: To find out the countermeasures to solve the problem by investigating and analyzing the present situation of hospital situation and appearance in county hospitals. Methods: Bian visits from the hospital leaders to ordinary employees at all levels of view and opinion, and collect relevant data. Results: The defects of the hospital in management implementation, employee motivation and human resource allocation were identified. Conclusion: Finding the corresponding countermeasures is helpful to improve the service concept, improve the service attitude, promote income increase, strive to solve existing problems, and improve the operation and management level and market competitiveness of county-level hospitals.
