For a long time, in our language teaching, there is an authoritative prohibition: “Chinese classes cannot be taught as literature classes.” When discussing the reason why the quality of language classes is not high, apart from various other reasons, there is an awsome one, that is, language classes have become literary lessons. Therefore, many language teachers are taking warnings. When he explains the text, even if he is talking about literary works, he also tries to avoid involving literary factors, so as to avoid suspicion of classifying Chinese as a literature class. However, as long as we think and analyze it more seriously, we will find that the reference to “Chinese classes cannot be taught as literature” makes the rich language teaching to a certain extent monotonous and rigid. This formulation is not comprehensive enough. It is also not scientific enough.
