由于航空工业的发展,要求能在钢及铝合金上生成紧密的与底层附着力很好的电镀层。但由于这类金属的负电位高,容易在空气中氧化以及与电镀溶液起作用等缺点,所以对这类金属及合金的电镀存在着很大的困难,特别是要得到与底层附着力很好的电镀层。本文通过用“复浸锌法”和“浸锌法”(详见下面)的比较,证明用复浸锌的方法,完全能得到比“浸锌法”抗蚀性能高,结合力好的电镀层。而且还诸述了解决粘合力的关键问题和能在锅上直接镀铬的工艺规程。
Due to the development of the aeronautical industry, it is required to be able to produce a close plating layer with excellent adhesion to the bottom of steel and aluminum alloy.
