一、前言我厂炼钢车间使用的10t电弧炉系苏联三十年代设计、国内五十年代制造的机械进出式电弧炉。该炉进出机构主动滚轮寿命通常为3个月左右,但当电弧炉轨道变形严重时,寿命便急剧降低,高时一个月,低时两周。因此,对滚轮进行改进显得极为迫切。二、改进方案10t炼钢电弧炉的主动滚轮在进出机构轨道上,主要起定位、进出和支承作用。定位是依靠主动轮中部的8个孔与轨道上固定的奶头(也称定位销)在停止或进出运行时相互吻合而完成的;进出是由电机推动台车运行来完成。
