领导机关是部队全面建设的领导者和组织者,也是部队作风建设的实践者和示范者。作风好坏直接影响部队建设水平,直接关系军队打赢能力,必须始终把作风建设作为一项最重要、最紧迫的任务抓好抓实。转变领导机关作风,我感到要从以下三个方面使劲用力。注重真学实用,切实在听党指挥上作表率。领导机关务必要把强化理论武装、坚定理想信念作为首要政治任务。要坚持把组织领学与个人自学结合起来,引导大家自觉加强对党的创新理论和党的路线方针政策的学习领会,切实通过学习,深扎高举旗帜、听党指挥的思想根基。针对理论学习时紧时松的问题,我们建立了“定期批阅学习笔记、定期组织成果 The leading organs are the leaders and organizers of the all-round construction of the armed forces as well as the practitioners and demonstrators in the building of a military style.
