目的建立沧源县黄胸鼠种群年龄鉴定划分标准体系,为监测及防制提供科学依据。方法采用夹夜法,于2010-2011年在全县农作区捕捉黄胸鼠,用胴体重数据进行统计分析,划分年龄组成。结果共采集到黄胸鼠标本199只,170只平均胴体重为(62.65±2.26)g;根据胴体重频次,参照繁殖状况和外形特征,将黄胸鼠划分为5个年龄组,制定各年龄组的胴体重划分标准:幼年组(Ⅰ)胴体重≤30.0g,亚成年组(Ⅱ)(30.1~55.0)g,成年Ⅰ组(Ⅲ)(55.1~85.0)g,成年Ⅱ组(Ⅳ)(85.1~115.0)g,老年组(Ⅴ)>115.0g;相邻两组均数之间两两比较,经t检验,各组间胴体重差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);胴体重与体重之间亦有统计学意义。结论胴体重作为黄胸鼠年龄鉴定指标,方法简便,易于操作,结果相对准确,适于基层开展监测工作,可作为黄胸鼠年龄鉴定的主要方法。
Objective To establish a standard system for the identification of the population of Rattus flavipectus in Cangyuan County to provide a scientific basis for monitoring and prevention. Methods The method of nocturnal capture was used to capture Rattus flavipectus from 2010-2011 in the farming area of the county. The data were analyzed by carcass weight and divided into age groups. Results A total of 199 specimens of Rattus flavipectus were collected and the mean carcass weight of 170 animals was (62.65 ± 2.26) g. According to the frequency of carcass multiplication, the yellow rat was divided into five age groups according to the reproductive status and appearance characteristics. Group carcass weight division criteria: juvenile group (I) carcass weight ≤ 30.0g, sub-adult group (30.1 ~ 55.0) g, adult group Ⅰ (55.1-85.0) g, adult group Ⅱ (85.1 ~ 115.0) g, aged group (Ⅴ)> 115.0g. The mean of carcass weight of each group was statistically significant (p <0.01) by t test, There was also statistical significance between weight and weight. Conclusion The carcass weight, as an indicator of the age of Rattus flavipectum, is simple and easy to operate. The results are relatively accurate and suitable for primary monitoring. It can be used as the primary method for the identification of Rattus flavipectum.
