Wnt/β-catenin信号通路作为经典的Wnt信号转导通路参与调控细胞增殖、凋亡和分化等多种生物学过程。在胚胎着床和发育过程中,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路失活或其受体、配体的异常表达均可引起胚胎着床失败、器官分化异常、发育畸形甚至死亡。
Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway as a classic Wnt signal transduction pathway involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation and other biological processes. Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway inactivation or abnormal expression of its receptor and ligand can cause embryo implantation failure, abnormal organ differentiation, deformity and even death in embryo implantation and development.
