去势术是治疗前列腺增生症或前列腺癌的非前列腺切除疗法。1984年2月至1997年12月,作者采用耻骨联合上横形切口行去势术130例,报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组130例,平均年龄76.7(64～91)岁。其中前列腺增生症127例,前列腺癌3例。130例均为前列腺切除术相对或绝对禁忌证患者。
Ovariectomy is a non-prostatectomy for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia or prostate cancer. From February 1984 to December 1997, the author used pubic symphysis transverse incision line castration 130 cases, reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 130 cases, the average age of 76.7 (64 to 91) years old. 127 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 3 cases of prostate cancer. 130 patients were patients with relative or absolute contraindications to prostatectomy.
