工资改革是我国经济体制改革的重要组成部分。全民所有制企业(以下简称全民企业)的工资改革,是我国企业工资改革的核心。为了推动经济体制改革由旧体制向新体制转换,加速建设具有中国特色的社会主义,有必要深入探讨并逐步确立全民企业工资改革的目标模式。围绕全民企业工资改革的目标模式,近年来国内已展开了讨论并取得了一定的进展。我先对其中有代表性的观点略作评述,然后阐述我对全民企业工资改革目标模式的新思路。
Wage reform is an important part of the economic reform in our country. Wage reform of the entire people-owned enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “all-state-owned enterprises”) is the core of the enterprise wage reform in our country. In order to promote the transformation of the economic system from the old system to the new one and speed up the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to thoroughly explore and gradually establish the target model of the wage reform for all state-owned enterprises. Focusing on the target model of wage reform for all state-owned enterprises, in recent years China has started discussions and made some progress. I would like to comment briefly on the representative points of view and then elaborate on my new thinking on the target model of wage reform for all state-owned enterprises.
