海洋石油开采的成本随水深的增加而增长。水越深,环境越恶劣,对钻井和采油平台的要求越苛刻。为迎接深水钻井和采油的挑战,20世纪80年代开发出集中海洋结构设计、制造、安装、智能定位、控制、石油开采、检测与安全适时评定等现代高新技术的张力腿平台。阐述了这类平台的结构及特点、研究内容与设计流程,并对张力腿平台最难以解决的动力响应研究进行了分析。张力腿平台满足了深水石油开采的需要,是1829m水深范围内钻井和采油的理想设备。
The cost of offshore oil exploration increases with depth. The deeper the water, the harsher the environment, the more demanding the drilling and production platforms are. In order to meet the challenges of deepwater drilling and oil recovery, in the 1980s, modern high-tech tension leg platforms that focused on ocean structure design, manufacture, installation, intelligent positioning, control, oil exploration, detection and safety timely assessment were developed. The structure, characteristics, research contents and design flow of this kind of platform are expounded. And the most difficult dynamic response research on tension leg platform is analyzed. The tension leg platform meets the needs of deepwater oil exploration and is ideal for drilling and production in the 1829m water depth.
