本功放电路基本与94年第5期《东方TF450摩机记》所述电路相同。例1 开机有断续的、无规律的交流声。检查发现一只9000μF/40V电容引脚接触不良。因该电容是用螺钉固定在整流板上,经常移动机器,很容易使之接触不良。例2 接通电源,左、右声道均有很大交流声,同时扬声器保护电路频繁动作。测两组电源的8只整流管均有不同程度击穿。由于整流管紧靠线路板焊接,造成长时间工作不能及时散热而损坏。另外,整流管的电流容量也偏小,在开机瞬间,流经滤波电容的大电流也易将整流管损坏。故选用6A/400V的二极管代用,焊接时应远离线路板1cm以上。有些用户误将音箱接入水平放置的两个红色或黑色接线柱上导致整流管爆
