航空结构中复合材料多钉螺栓连接中存在载荷分配不均匀现象.为衡量载荷的不均匀程度,定义了载荷不均匀度的概念.基于ABAQUS 6.10采用三维有限元数值模拟技术建立了复合材料单列4排单搭接三维有限元模型,有限元模拟计算结果与试验结果一致.基于载荷不均匀度,使用三维有限元模型分析了几何参数、板间摩擦和预紧力对载荷分配的影响,结果表明载荷不均匀度有助于定量化研究载荷分配问题和找到均匀化策略.
In order to measure the non-uniformity of load, the concept of load nonuniformity was defined.Based on ABAQUS 6.10, three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation technology was used to establish the composite single row 4 The three-dimensional finite element model is overlapped and the finite element simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.According to the load nonuniformity, the influence of geometric parameters, inter-plate friction and preload on the load distribution is analyzed by using the three-dimensional finite element model. Load imbalance helps to quantitatively study load distribution problems and find homogenization strategies.
