经济发展新常态给我国农业和农村发展创造了新的机遇,也带来了新的挑战。适应经济发展新常态,实现农业农村新发展,成为当前农村迫切需要解决的新问题,在此背景下,实现“人的新农村”再一次凸显出农业人才对农村发展的战略作用,高校如何鼓励和引导涉农专业学生扎根农村工作,为新常态下农村发展助力,成为地方高校应该积极应对与思考的重要课题。笔者对新常态下农村人才现状和影响大学生到农村就业的因素进行了分析,并提出高校引导涉农专业学生扎根服务农村基层的路径。
The new normal of economic development has created new opportunities for our country’s agriculture and rural development and brought about new challenges as well. To adapt to the new normal of economic development and realize the new development in agriculture and rural areas has become a new problem urgently needed to be solved in rural areas. Under this background, realizing the “new rural areas” once again highlights the strategic role of agricultural professionals in rural development. How to encourage and guide students majoring in agriculture to take root in rural areas and boost rural development under the new normal has become an important issue that local colleges and universities should actively respond to and think. The author analyzes the status quo of rural talents under the new normal and the factors that affect the employment of college students to rural areas and puts forward the path that colleges and universities should guide their agricultural students to take root to serve rural grassroots.
