在普通高中,对同一班级的学生根据其学习心理、知识基础、基本技能和智力发展水平等方面的差异而实施分层次教学,是多年来一直呼吁而未得到解决的一个难题。在高考指挥棒下,高中教学实行的是“一刀切”式的教学方式,其结果是顾了少数尖子,扔了大多数学生,或是顾了多数,压抑了少数优秀学生的发展。会考的实施,能否给解决这一问题带来希望呢?在此笔者谈一点不成熟的看法。 一、实施会考,使分层次教学具有了可能性
