本文证明鸡胚细胞经鸭瘟病毒感染12,24,36,40和60小时,均可观察到细胞的核仁结构。应用电子显微镜放射自显影和Bernhard染色方法,不仅从成份与功能上说明了核仁的存在,而且进一步证明在病毒DNA大量复制,核壳体大量装配与病毒成熟的细胞中,~3H尿嘧啶核苷向核仁内掺入的速率仍很快。在鸭瘟病毒感染24小时的细胞中,单位面积核仁上标记的银粒数仍相当于正常细胞的82.7%。证明在鸭瘟病毒感染的细胞中,核仁的结构不仅存在,而且持续地保持着转录RNA的功能。这与前人在其它疱疹病毒实验的有关报道完全不同,并对这种现象进行了讨论。
This paper demonstrated that chick embryo cells were infected with the duck blast virus at 12,24,36,40 and 60 hours, were observed in the cell nucleolar structure.
