通过构造企业之间产量和研发两阶段博弈模型,我们分析了社会网络在企业研发中的影响。研究发现:企业研发会通过企业网络在网络内部形成一定的共享,使得社会网络对企业研发产生两种作用:一方面,会造成搭便车现象,弱化企业研发的可能和水平;另一方面,使得企业所实际享受的有效研发大于自己的研发水平。进一步地,本文通过使用2007-2009年中小板企业面板数据,识别了董事长之间的社会网络关系来量化企业社会网络,利用tobit、logit和ols等计量模型对理论模型的有关结论进行了实证检验。
By constructing a two-stage game model between production and R & D, we analyze the impact of social networks in enterprise R & D. The research shows that the R & D of enterprises will form a certain share within the network through the enterprise network, which makes the social network have two functions to the enterprise R & D: on the one hand, it will result in free riding and weaken the possibility and level of enterprise R & D; on the other hand, Effective research and development actually enjoyed by enterprises is greater than their own research and development level. Further, this paper uses the panel data of small and medium-sized enterprises in 2007-2009 to identify the social network relations between the chairman of the board to quantify the corporate social network, and uses empirical models such as tobit, logit and ols to validate the relevant conclusions of the theoretical model test.
