以15个辣椒品种为试材,均进行接种南方根结线虫处理,通过相对生长量和病情指标的分析,并结合隶属函数进行根结线虫抗性分析。结果表明:抗性最强的是“青农”簇生椒,隶属函数总值为6.1,抗性最弱的农家小尖椒,隶属函数总值为2.3。试验筛选出了对南方根结线虫抗性较强的3个品种,分别为“青农”簇生椒、“盛松”和“青农”羊角椒。
Fifteen pepper cultivars were used as experimental materials, and all of them were inoculated with Meloidogyne incognita. The relative growth and disease index were analyzed, and the root knot nematode resistance was analyzed by membership function. The results showed that the most resistant were “Qingnong” cluster peppers, the total value of the membership function was 6.1, and the weakest peasant pepper had the lowest resistance. The membership function value was 2.3. Three varieties with strong resistance to Meloidogyne incognita were screened out, which were “Qingnong” cluster pea, “Shengsong” and “Qingnong”.
