通过实验研究了火电厂循环水中绿色阻垢剂对混凝剂混凝效果的影响以及阻垢剂的阻垢性能。实验主要研究的绿色阻垢剂是PASP和PESA,通过加入不同量的阻垢剂研究混凝时的沉降速度,矾花大小,以及上清液浊度,沉降速度、水的浊度和颜色等指标判断混凝效果。另外采用国家标准方法碳酸钙沉积法对聚天冬氨酸的阻垢效果进行实验研究。分别研究绿色阻垢剂在不同浓度、温度、p H值下,根据对循环水的阻垢率、处理后的硬度、碱度等指标判断阻垢效果。将PESA、PASP和MA-AA、HEDP进行正交复配,通过测其复配物的阻垢率,筛选出两组合适配比。
The influence of green scale inhibitor in circulating water of thermal power plant on the coagulation effect of coagulant and the scale inhibition performance of scale inhibitor were experimentally studied.
