目的了解青岛市成年双生子口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)中空腹血浆葡萄糖(FPG)和餐后2小时血浆葡萄糖(2hPG)的遗传度。方法对成年健康双生子作OGTT,检测其FPG和2hPG水平。提取DNA作卵性鉴定,用Mx软件拟合遗传结构模型,计算FPG和2hPG的遗传度。结果 134对双生子入选本研究,其FPG和2hPG水平为(5.1±0.9)mmol/L和(6.6±2.5)mmol/L。调整性别、年龄和BMI后,FPG和2hPG的最佳遗传结构模型为ACE和AE,FPG和2hPG的遗传度为39%和56%。结论遗传因素和个体特异环境因素对FPG和2hPG均有重要影响,遗传因素对2hPG的影响大于对FPG的影响。
Objective To investigate the heritability of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose (2hPG) in adult twin pregnancy oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in Qingdao. Methods Adult healthy twins were used as OGTT to detect FPG and 2hPG levels. DNA was extracted for egg identification, and the genetic structure model was fitted by Mx software to calculate the heritability of FPG and 2hPG. Results Twins were enrolled in this study and their FPG and 2hPG levels were (5.1 ± 0.9) mmol / L and (6.6 ± 2.5) mmol / L, respectively. After adjusting for sex, age and BMI, the best genetic model for FPG and 2hPG was 39% and 56% for ACE and AE, FPG and 2hPG respectively. Conclusion Genetic factors and individual-specific environmental factors have an important impact on both FPG and 2hPG. Genetic factors have a greater impact on 2hPG than FPG.
