“正常化”是计算机网络多媒体外语教学的最终定位。目前,硬件设施和理据解释日渐成熟,但计算机网络多媒体外语教学在实践中仍处于一个较低的水平。本文以英国的一份研究为蓝本,质性比对了国内计算机网络多媒体外语教学的开展现状与制约因素。研究表明,除了类似的制约之外,国内还突出地存在着其它一些影响网络多媒体外语教学的因素,其中各攸关方观念的滞后是当前的主要障碍。
“Normalization ” is the ultimate positioning of multimedia multimedia teaching in computer network. At present, the explanation of the hardware facilities and motivation is maturing, but the multimedia foreign language teaching in computer networks is still at a relatively low level in practice. Based on a British study, this paper qualitatively compares the status quo and restrictive factors of multimedia foreign language teaching in computer networks in China. The research shows that besides similar constraints, there are also some other prominent factors that affect the multimedia teaching in the internet in China. The lagging behind among the stakeholders is the main obstacle at present.
