随着大学生就业压力的增大,提高体育专业学生的教学能力是增强其社会竞争力的重要因素。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以武汉体育科技学院的学生及教师为研究对象进行了学生教学能力的现状与原因的分析研究,结果表明健美操专项学生的教学能力较差,分析了其教学能力培养方面存在的问题,针对存在的弊端,提出了培养健美操专项学生教学能力的建议及相应的对策。
With the increasing employment pressure of college students, improving the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education is an important factor to enhance their social competitiveness. In this paper, using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study the status and causes of students’ teaching ability in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education and Sports, the results show that the teaching ability of special aerobics students is poor, The problems existing in the cultivation of teaching ability are analyzed. According to the existing defects, suggestions on how to cultivate aerobics teaching ability are put forward and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
