1.本文提出用重结晶法提纯的硫酸亚铁作原料,用草酸铵作沉淀剂,在一定的工艺条件下制得的高纯度,一定颗粒形态的Fe_2O_3粉末,这种粉末适宜于制作高性能热压铁氧体。2.进行了Ni_(1-x)Zn_xFe_2O_4配方系列试验,给出了在热压条件下B_(10)-X、H_c-X、μ′(μ″)-X、Tc-X的关系曲线。成份为Ni_(0.34)Zn_(0.66)Fe_2O_4的材料可获得优异的全面性能。3.采用本文提出的Fe_2O_3等原料,控制热压制度,可重复地获得显微结构完美。平均晶粒在10-20μ左右的高密度铁氧体材料,这种材料具有良好的机械加工性能,适宜于制作计算机磁盘浮动磁头铁芯。
