一科技进步对经济发展有着全球性的影响,这种影响涉及所有国家,包括那些摆脱了殖民主义桎梏,走上独立发展道路的国家。在世界范围内展开的科技革命,也发生在工艺和经济落后的解放了的国家。在这种情况下,如何更广泛地利用科学技术的成就以加速发展中国家的经济和社会进步的问题就显得特别尖锐。
A scientific and technological progress has a global impact on economic development. It affects all countries, including those that have escaped colonialism and embarked on an independent path of development. The revolution in science and technology that takes place all over the world also takes place in the liberated countries where technology and economy are backward. Under such circumstances, the issue of how to make a broader use of the achievements of science and technology so as to accelerate the economic and social progress in developing countries is particularly acute.
