本文用再结晶法测定了中心裂纹拉伸试件裂纹尖端强应变区的塑性应变分布,求得了强应变区参数与J积分及裂纹尖端张开位移COD的定量关系,并用三维弹塑性有限元法进行了计算。实验和计算结果表明,用再结晶法研究三维弹塑性裂纹问题是一种很有效的方法。
In this paper, the recrystallization method was used to determine the plastic strain distribution in the strong strain zone at the crack tip of the central crack tensile specimen. The quantitative relationship between the parameters of the strain zone and the J integral and the crack tip open displacement COD was obtained and compared with the three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element method Calculated. The experiment and calculation results show that the recrystallization method is a very effective method to study the three-dimensional elastic-plastic crack problem.
