目的:评价重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor,rh-aFGF)对儿童开放性骨折术后切口愈合的影响。方法:多中心对照试验中,120例开放性骨折患儿(<14岁)随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。两组首先根据患儿骨折情况给予牵引外固定、螺丝钉或克氏针固定等相应措施,同时,观察组给予rh-aFGF术中新鲜创面清洗联合术后喷雾治疗,而对照组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液冲洗。评价两组患儿缺损伤口的愈合状况、愈合时间以及延迟愈合的发生情况。结果:观察组I期愈合率86.6%、完全愈合时间(20.3±5.6)d、延迟愈合发生率3.3%;对照组I期愈合率56.7%、完全愈合时间(23.4±6.2)d、延迟愈合发生率15.0%。两组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子对儿童开放性骨折术后缺损伤口愈合具有积极的促进作用,可作为该项手术的康复用药。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor (rh-aFGF) on wound healing in children with open fractures. Methods: In a multicenter controlled trial, 120 children with open fracture (<14 years) were randomly divided into control and observation groups, 60 in each. At the same time, the patients in the observation group were treated with rh-aFGF fresh wound cleaning combined with postoperative spray therapy while those in the control group were given 0.9% chlorinated Sodium Injection Flush. Evaluation of the two groups of children with wound healing defect, healing time and the occurrence of delayed healing. Results: The healing rate of I group was 86.6% in the observation group, the complete healing time was 20.3 ± 5.6 days and the delayed healing rate was 3.3%. The I group was 56.7% and the complete healing time was 23.4 ± 6.2 days 15.0%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor has a positive effect on wound healing in children with open fractures and can be used as a remedy for this operation.
