冶金部于1986年3月11日在湖北省宜昌市召开了铸锭技术调工作会议。会上总结了“六五”期间浇注工艺的发展和有关技术问题,讨论了1986年使镇静钢成坯年达到87%,沸腾钢达到94.5%以及进一步改善钢锭质量和提高钢液收得率的措施。目前全国模注钢仍占很大的比重(88%),所以提高模注技术仍是我国冶金工业发展的重要措施。1985年全国重点企业基本上实施了绝热板,保护渣、防缩孔剂浇片等技术,成坯率年达到85%。地方企业使用绝热板浇注逐年增加,成坯率达89%。模注沸腾钢成坯率达到了93%,“七五”期间模注技术新工艺新方法将得到进一步开发研究与推广应用。
