以丙酮为溶媒将甲硝唑从片纷中溶出,在盐酸液(9→1000)中用紫外分光光度法测定含量。测定波长为277nm。在5-20μg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.84%,RSD=0.43%(n=5),方法简便快速。
Metronidazole was dissolved in acetone with acetone as solvent, and its content was measured by UV spectrophotometry in hydrochloric acid solution (9 → 1000). The measurement wavelength was 277 nm. The linear relationship is good in the range of 5-20 μg / ml. The average recovery was 99.84%, RSD = 0.43% (n = 5), the method was quick and easy.
