Taosi Town Site ~ ([1]) is located in the west foot of Tashan Mountain on the east coast of Fenhe in Xiangfen County, Shanxi Province, between Tao Village, Zhongliang Village, Song Village and Dongpo Village. According to the era, the city site is divided into two periods of early and middle period, belonging to the early and mid-term Taosu culture respectively. Among them, the medium-term urban site expanded from the early urban site reached 2.8 million square meters and is the largest city site in China during the Longshan period. Taosi city site to explore the origins and development of early Chinese cities is of great significance, some researchers from different angles
