目的:通过实验,分析团体心理行为训练法对女大学生心理健康的作用效果,为进一步在全国高校推广该训练方法提供依据。方法:采用文献资料法、数理统计法、问卷调查法、实验法等对某财经院校女大学生体育课采用团体心理行为训练法进行干预的实验研究。结果:实验组和对照组在人际关系、焦虑、强迫3个因子上差异具有显著性,说明实验提高了实验组学生这3方面心理健康水平,学生能应对自如,人际交往时充满自信,并抱有积极的期待。实验组学生不易焦虑,易表现出安定的状态;在强迫症状上表现不明显,没有出现强迫行为。研究结论:被试女大学生心理健康水平较差,出现了不同程度的敌对、偏执、焦虑强迫等症状;团体心理行为训练能够有效改善女大学生心理健康状况,同时体验式课程对学生内在动力激发具有显著性作用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of group psychological behavior training on psychological health of female university students through experiments, and provide the basis for further popularizing this training method in colleges and universities all over the country. Methods: By means of literature review, mathematical statistics, questionnaire, experiment and so on, an experimental study was conducted on intervention of group psychological behavior training for college female students in a financial college. Results: The experimental group and the control group were significantly different in the three factors of interpersonal relationship, anxiety and obsessive compulsiveness, indicating that the experiment improved the mental health level of the students in the experimental group in three aspects. Students were able to cope with interpersonal communication with confidence Have positive expectations. Students in the experimental group were not easily anxious and could easily show a stable state. Obvious symptoms were not obvious and no compulsive behavior occurred. Conclusions: The mental health of the female college students was poor, with different degrees of hostility, paranoia, anxiety and other symptoms; group psychological and behavioral training can effectively improve the mental health of female college students, and experiential courses on the intrinsic motivation of students with Significant effect.
