目的:通过5年随访,采用高剂量多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图直接比较特发性扩张型心肌病患者的左室收缩功能储备指数。设计和地点:在三级医疗中心进行的前瞻性研究。患者:连续纳入63例特发性扩张型心肌病患者。干预:在进展期对患者进行高剂量多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图,每次持续5min。
OBJECTIVE: To compare directly the left ventricular systolic function reserve index in patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy by high-dose dobutamine stress echocardiography at 5-year follow-up. Design and Location: A prospective study conducted at a tertiary care center. Patients: 63 consecutive patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy were enrolled. Interventions: Patients were given high-dose dobutamine stress echocardiography during the advanced stage, lasting 5 min each time.
