本文通过混凝土在泵送管道内和在搅拌车搅拌筒内,运动形态的比较,讨论了搅拌筒壁处摩阻力公式的形式。分析表明,用Morinaga经验摩阻公式,计算搅拌筒摩阻力所得结果偏低。
In this paper, through the comparison of the movement patterns of the concrete in the pumping pipeline and the mixing drum of the mixing truck, the form of friction formula at the wall of the mixing cylinder is discussed. The analysis shows that using Morinaga’s empirical friction formula to calculate the friction resistance of the mixing drum is low.
