采用改进的Qu ECh ERS方法,建立鱼样品中有机氯和多氯联苯17种持久性有机污染物残留的气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)分析方法。样品采用乙腈提取,经N-丙基乙二胺(PSA):C18(1∶1,m/m)填料净化,17种持久性有机污染物在0.5~200μg/kg浓度范围具有较好的线性,相关系数大于0.9941,检出限(信噪比S/N为3:1)为0.01~0.2μg/kg,定量限(信噪比S/N为10∶1)为0.05~0.5μg/kg,回收率在51.9%~112.9%范围内,相对标准偏差小于17.8%。
A modified Qu ECh ERS method was developed for the gas chromatography-electron capture detector (GC-ECD) analysis of 17 POPs residues of organochlorine and polychlorinated biphenyls in fish samples. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified with N-propyl ethylenediamine (PSA): C18 (1: 1, m / m). The 17 POPs showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0.5-200 μg / , The correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9941, the detection limit (S / N ratio was 3: 1) was 0.01-0.2 μg / kg, and the limit of quantification (S / N ratio was 10:1) was 0.05-0.5 μg / kg , The recoveries ranged from 51.9% to 112.9%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 17.8%.
