豆柄瘤蚜茧蜂Lysiphlebus fabarum(Marshall)是大豆蚜Aphis glycines Matsumura的一种重要寄生蜂。在实验室条件下,对豆柄瘤蚜茧蜂的发育历期、繁殖力、寿命和性比等指标,以及成蜂的羽化、取食、产卵行为等生物学特性进行了观察描述。结果表明:在19~31℃范围内,发育历期随着温度的升高逐渐缩短,温度越低,发育历期越长。在22℃条件下的繁殖量最大,31℃时繁殖量最小。在19℃,10%蜂蜜水作为饲料,其寿命较长,雌蜂平均寿命达12.9d;当温度达31℃时,雌蜂平均寿命仅为4.0d。在19℃和22℃,雌蜂的比例要明显高于雄蜂,19℃时雌雄比为1.5∶1,22℃时雌雄比为1.3∶1;而在25℃,28℃和31℃时,雄蜂的比例要高于雌蜂。成蜂羽化一般需1.5~3h;羽化当天即可交配、产卵;产卵时一般选择2~3龄的大豆蚜进行寄生。本研究结果可以对大田大豆蚜的防治提供指导,也为今后大量生产、贮藏、利用豆柄瘤蚜茧蜂提供一定的理论基础。
Lysiphlebus fabarum (Marshall), a legume beetle, is an important parasitic wasser of the soybean aphid Aphis glycines Matsumura. Under laboratory conditions, the biological characteristics such as developmental period, fecundity, longevity and sex ratio of Aphidius pulchricornis were observed and described, as well as the biological characteristics of bee emergence, feeding and oviposition. The results showed that in the range of 19 ~ 31 ℃, the developmental period gradually shortened with the increase of temperature, and the lower the temperature, the longer the developmental period. Reproduction at 22 ℃ under the maximum, 31 ℃ minimum reproduction.
