针对民用飞机液压能源系统自增压油箱设计的问题,在对典型民用飞机液压系统自增压油箱原理进行说明的基础上,给出了一整套自增压油箱设计方案,分别对液压系统自增压油箱容积计算,油箱增压压力及保压时间验证,维护加油油量设计及系统含气量检查,飞行过程油箱油量监控等方面进行了计算分析。提出的自增压油箱设计方案,能够为民用飞机液压油箱及系统的相关设计提供可靠的理论依据。
Aiming at the design problem of self-pressurized fuel tank for hydraulic system of commercial aircraft, a set of design scheme of self-pressurizing fuel tank is given on the basis of explaining the principle of self-pressurized fuel tank of typical civil aircraft hydraulic system. Pressure tank volume calculation, tank pressurization pressure and dwell time verification, maintenance refueling volume design and system air content inspection, flight fuel tank capacity monitoring and other aspects of the calculation and analysis. The proposed self-pressurized fuel tank design can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the design of the hydraulic tank and system for civil aircraft.
