目的建立自动固相微萃取(SPME)-气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)法快速筛查饮水中45种挥发性和半挥发性有机物的方法。方法选用50/30μm二乙烯苯/炭分子筛/聚二甲基硅氧烷(DVB/CAR/PDMS)萃取纤维,在CTC全自动固相微萃取装置上,对水样中的45种挥发性和半挥发性有机物自动萃取富集,然后插入GC进样口,在250℃下解吸后,采用气相色谱/三重四极杆质谱在全扫描(Full Scan)模式下定性筛查,在选择离子监测(SIM)和多反应监测(MRM)模式下进行外标法定量测定。结果在100μg/L浓度水平,45种挥发性和半挥发性有机物被全部定性筛查出来;45种挥发性和半挥发性有机物的检出限为0.00011~2.4μg/L,回收率为70.7%~123.0%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~13.1%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于突发水污染事件中45种挥发性和半挥发性有机污染物的快速筛查测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid screening method for 45 kinds of volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds in drinking water by automatic solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC / MS) Methods The fiber was extracted by 50/30 μm divinylbenzene / molecular sieve / polydimethylsiloxane (DVB / CAR / PDMS). 45 kinds of volatile and Semi-volatile organic compounds were extracted by auto-extraction and then inserted into the GC inlet. After desorption at 250 ° C, qualitative screening was performed using gas chromatography / triple quadrupole mass spectrometry in the Full Scan mode and selective ion monitoring SIM) and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode for external standard quantitative determination. Results At the concentration of 100μg / L, 45 kinds of volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds were all screened out qualitatively. The detection limits of 45 kinds of volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds were 0.00011-2.4μg / L with the recoveries of 70.7% ~ 123.0%, the relative standard deviation was 1.8% ~ 13.1% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate and suitable for the rapid screening of 45 volatile and semi-volatile organic pollutants in sudden water pollution events.
