针对当前各级政府建设的网上行政审批系统以及日益凸显的审批档案电子归档需求,重点以浙江政务服务网为例,分析了审批电子文件归档中存在的问题和困难,并提出解决的具体对策,对于在档案载体转型时期加强网上审批电子文件管理具有积极的指导意义,同时对于推进和完善网上审批工作、促进政务信息资源优化配置和有效利用具有重要的现实意义。
