本文论述了以转速 n、负荷 M 为反馈量,采用微机控制系统对发动机节气门进行控制,使发动机在实际最佳空燃比下运行的基本设想。介绍了节气门微机控制系统的结构组成及软件设计。控制程序中采用了最优控制在线搜索法,实现节气门开度的最佳控制。最后对控制精度进行了分析,提出了进一步提高控制精度的改进方向。
This paper discusses the basic idea of using engine speed control n and load M as feedback and controlling the engine throttle with microcomputer control system so as to make the engine run at the optimal air-fuel ratio. The structure and software design of throttle microcomputer control system are introduced. The control program uses the optimal control of online search method to achieve the best throttle throttle control. Finally, the control precision is analyzed, and the improvement direction to further improve the control accuracy is put forward.
