目的:研究探讨~(125)I粒子植入对胰腺恶性肿瘤的临床治疗效果。方法:随机选取本院2011年1月-2013年2月收治的30名胰腺恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,在经本院伦理委员会批准及患者家属本人同意知情的情况下,随机分为观察组和对照组,治疗后随机走访2年,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者胰腺恶性肿瘤的临床治疗效果与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:~(125)I粒子植入对胰腺恶性肿瘤的临床治疗效果明显。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of ~ (125) I particle implantation on pancreatic malignant tumors. Methods: A total of 30 patients with pancreatic cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to February 2013 were selected randomly. Subject to the approval of the ethics committee of our hospital and the informed consent of their relatives, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group Control group, after treatment, randomized to visit for 2 years, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical treatment. Results: The clinical effects of pancreas malignancies in observation group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of ~ (125) I particle implantation on pancreatic malignant tumor is obvious.
