转轨时期我国企业劳动关系日趋多元化和复杂化,劳资纠纷不断增多,严重影响了企业发展和社会稳定。交易费用理论告诉我们,在不完全劳动合约的背景下,人的机会主义行为和交易因素都会影响劳资冲突的发生。因此,必须从减少交易费用入手,消除劳资冲突,构建和谐的劳动关系。
During the transitional period, the labor relations of our country’s enterprises have become increasingly diversified and complicated, the number of labor disputes has been on the rise, which has seriously affected the development of enterprises and social stability. Transaction cost theory tells us that in the context of incomplete labor contract, the opportunistic behavior of people and trading factors will affect the occurrence of labor-capital conflicts. Therefore, we must start from reducing transaction costs, eliminate labor conflicts, and build a harmonious labor relationship.
