分析了电液主控阀的工作原理,建立了主控阀的数学模型,在AMESim环境下进行了仿真分析,并以试验的结果验证了仿真结果的准确性。结果表明,该仿真模型结果与实验结果比较吻合,所建仿真模型可以为电液主控阀仿真分析提供指导。
The working principle of electro-hydraulic main control valve is analyzed, the mathematical model of main control valve is established, the simulation analysis is carried out in AMESim environment, and the simulation results are verified by the test results. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. The simulation model can provide guidance for the simulation analysis of electro-hydraulic master control valve.
