CD 320 G光栅式齿轮单面啮合检查仪是我所1970年研制成功的,为我国第一台高水平的齿轮检查仪器。此仪器技术先进、具有精度高、测量项目多、效率高等优点,受到工厂和科研部门的好评。1977年1月一机部召开的鉴定会认为:“该仪器的原理是正确的,结构简单,性能良好,能满足齿轮动态全误差测量的要求,受到用户好评,在测量的误差内容(项目)和用途上超过了国外单啮仪的水平”。近几年,我所对单啮仪进行了重点整顿,成品的验收技术指标由原来的九项增加到二十一项,在产品的外观和性能上又有
