以安徽商贸职业技术学院学生顶岗实习心理压力问卷调查为例,通过对学生顶岗实习心理压力特征及影响因素等的研究,找出学生心理压力的来源,并提出一些合理建议,如企业应改善管理方式,适度安排工作量和奖惩考核,学校应与企业积极沟通,实时关注学生实习情况,学生应调整自己心态,主动关心心理问题的发展,以便实践性教学(顶岗实习)更好地开展。
Taking the questionnaire survey of internship psychological stress of students in Anhui Business College of Vocational Technology as an example, through the study of psychological stress characteristics and influencing factors of internship, this paper finds out the sources of psychological stress of students and puts forward some reasonable suggestions, such as enterprises should improve management Way, moderate workload and rewards and punishments assessment, schools should actively communicate with the business, real-time attention to student internships, students should adjust their mentality, take the initiative to care about the development of psychological problems, so that practical teaching (internship) to carry out better.
