患者 :女 ,62岁。因右腕部包块 1 0余年 ,自感麻木 ,肿胀 ,来院就诊。查体 :右腕手背部触及搏动性包块。超声所见 :右侧腕部内侧包块处探及 2 7mm× 9mm× 1 2 mm的透声暗区。 CDFI同时可见一股红色和一股蓝色血流交替出现。延续扫查可见桡动静脉瘘的瘘口。暗区内多普勒检测 :
Patient: Female, 62 years old. Due to the right wrist mass 10 years, self numbness, swelling, to the hospital. Physical examination: touching the back of right wrist pulse package. Ultrasound seen: the right wrist at the medial mass of exploration and 2 7mm × 9mm × 1 2 mm sound penetration dark area. CDFI also shows a red and a blue blood flow alternately.
