本文用间接测定法和估计算法获得了标准脉压袋气囊的静态容积改变与手臂围长的线性相关模型和气囊静态压力—容积的相关模型。从理论气体的状态方程出发,建立了气囊基础容积的参数估计模型。在气囊气体质量泄放速率为气囊压力的线性函数的条件下,从压力—时间曲线中定量辨识出气囊的动态容积绝对值。初步论证了从脉压袋的脉压波中定量提取血压容积分量和压力分量的可能性。
In this paper, the linear correlation model between the static volume change of the standard pulse pressure bag airbag and the arm circumference and the correlation model of the static pressure-volume of the airbag were obtained by indirect measurement and estimation algorithm. Based on the equation of state of the theoretical gas, a parameter estimation model of the basic volume of the airbag is established. Under the condition of the gas mass rate of airbag being a linear function of the airbag pressure, the absolute value of the dynamic volume of the airbag is identified quantitatively from the pressure-time curve. The possibility of quantitatively extracting blood pressure volume and pressure components from pulse pressure wave in pulse pressure bag was preliminarily demonstrated.
