小浪底水库具有126.5亿m~3库容,除41亿m~3库容供防洪、防凌和重复兴利运用外,剩余的库容进行拦沙和调水调沙运用。根据小浪底水库的开发任务,本文分析了水库减淤运用方式的形成条件,研究了减淤运用方式,提出了切实可行的调度运用措施。在各种来水来沙组合下,不考虑非汛期人造洪峰,水库50年内平均减淤效益相当于下游河道20年不淤。减淤作用主要在前20年,以后水库长期运用,调水调沙,继续为下游河道减淤。
Xiaolangdi Reservoir has 12.65 billion m 3 of storage capacity, in addition to 4.1 billion m 3 storage capacity for flood control, anti-Ling and the use of repeated Xing Lee, the remaining storage capacity for sand blocking and water and sand use.
