近年来办公自动化开始普及,这也使各行业在办公过程中开始广泛使用电子文件,部分单位甚至实现了无纸化办公。一些文件底稿也开始使用电子文件,文件的发送也通过邮箱和互联网进行传送,但很大一部单位并没有认识到电子文件的重要性,甚至觉得利用电脑或是其他电子存储设备进行保存即可,这也电子文件的损坏丢失的风险增大。因此在当前档案管理工作中,还需要继续沿用纸质档案管理模式,即在相当长的一段时间内档案需要维持纸质档案和电子档案共存的局面。文中分析了电子档案与纸质档案长期并存的必要性,并进一步对电子档案与纸质档案长期共存的发展策略进行了具体的阐述。
