近年来国内对一些正常妇女月经周期中的激素变化进行了一系列研究。由于采用的方法不同(萤光法、气相色谱法、放射免疫法),结果并不完全一致。即使采用比较先进的放射免疫测定法,在不同的实验室,由于放射免疫药盒来源不同,操作方法与检测仪器不同,实验结果差异也相当大,因此,有必要建立一套适合于国内临床应用的标准化测定方法和统一的测定药盒。笔者采用国产放免药盒测定12例正常女青年月经周期中血浆雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)和血清黄体生成素(LH)浓度(共164例次)的变化,现将结果报告于下,供作为正常值参考用。研究对象与方法一、对象:志愿参加本工作的12例女青年,平均年龄23.4岁(范围21—29岁),平均身长157±0.78cm,平均体重49.46±1.13kg。身体健康,生活规律,观察期间住集体宿舍,无激素类药物应用史。月经规则,月经周期平均29.38±0.22天,经期平均为4.92±0.25天,经血量以市售卫生纸计,平均每次行经用卫生纸1.5±0.11包。
