2012年6月28日,由交通运输部和教育部联合主办的“2012年全国职业院校中职组‘丰田杯’汽车运用与维修技能大赛”在天津东丽职业技术学校圆满落幕。来自全国32个省区市的37支代表队共计435名中等职业院校汽车维修专业的学生参加了比赛。经过激烈角逐,最终深圳宝安职业技术学校代表队以及孙阳阳、王五义等四人分获团体和个人单项比赛冠军。本届大赛共设置团体赛1项,比赛项目为二级维护作业和车轮定位作业;个人赛4项,比赛项目为汽车维修基本技能、车身修复(钣金)、车身涂装(涂漆)、汽车空调维修。值得一提的是,汽车空调维修继去年的邀请赛后,在本届大赛被列为正式赛项。参赛选手要在50分钟的时间内,诊断出设定的车辆空调系统故障,并根据裁判的要求将故障予以排除,同时对指定车辆完成空调系统验漏和制冷剂的回收、净化、加注作业。这进一步促进“绿色维修”环保理念在我国汽车维修行业的普及,推进汽车维修行业绿色、健康发展。
On June 28, 2012, the “Toyota Cup ’Automotive Operation and Maintenance Skills Contest” jointly organized by the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Education was successfully completed in Tianjin Toray Vocational and Technical College. A total of 43 teams of 37 professional teams from 32 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities participated in the competition. A total of 1 group competitions were set up for this competition. The competitions included two levels of maintenance work and wheel alignment. Four individual competitions included the basic skills of vehicle maintenance, body repair (sheet metal), body painting (painting) Car air conditioning repair. It is worth mentioning that, after the car air conditioning maintenance last year’s Invitational, in this competition was listed as the official competition. The competitor shall diagnose the set fault of the vehicle air-conditioning system within 50 minutes and eliminate the fault according to the referee’s request. At the same time, the designated vehicle shall be checked for air-condition system leakage, refrigerant recovery, purification and refilling . This further promotes the popularization of “green maintenance” and environmental protection concept in China’s automobile maintenance industry and promotes the green and healthy development of the automobile maintenance industry.
